Job Description
Roles:

Lead and manage the finance and accounting team.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of finance activities.

Act as a bridge between the finance team and upper management.

Responsibilities:

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Review and approve accounting entries and financial statements.

Monitor compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.

Guide and mentor team members to improve performance and efficiency.

Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors.

Identify process improvements and implement best practices.

Resolve escalated issues related to finance and accounting operations.
