The role
We are seeking an experienced HR Platform Manager (Workday) to own the end-to-end health, performance,



and evolution of our global Workday tenant. This role leads BAU operations, release & upgrade management, platform governance, integrations, and change enablement—ensuring Workday reliably supports HR, Payroll, and business users. You’ll manage a blended team of Workday analysts/SMEs and vendors, drive continuous improvements, and steer a scalable roadmap aligned to business priorities.
What you'll be responsible for
• Own L2/L3 BAU support across core Workday modules, ensuring SLA delivery and operational excellence.
• Lead Workday bi-annual release management including impact assessment, feature enablement, regression testing and deployment.
• Oversee platform governance, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Manage Workday configuration (Business Processes, Calculated Fields, Security, Rules).
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR/DPDP, and audit readiness.
• Own integrations portfolio including EIB, Core Connector
