Job Description
We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager LMS Administrator
Responsibilities:
- System Administration
- Manage requests including program and offering creation roster and completion uploads assignment activation and system clean-up activities.
- Conduct quality assurance and correct system set-up issues where necessary.
- Interact with learning platforms such as Workday Cornerstone UBLA Uplimit and other LMS systems.
- Set up and manage virtual classrooms;
- troubleshoot and resolve system inquiries via case management MS Teams and shared mailboxes.
- Collect and validate data required to process learner and stakeholder requests.
