Area of Expertise/ Key Role & responsibilities
• Capturing product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Creating DOU and FSD for clients and internal stakeholders
• Intelligent, Logical, Hands on in Word, Template, documentation etc
• Understanding Product level domain specific Knowledge
• Overall Concept / Knowledge on – Systems at Functional and Non-Functional Level is preferred
• Payment (Issuance / CMS) Domain expertise, similar work handling will be preferred (Target: Aurionpro, M2P, PayTM, SafexPay, JIO Payment

• Track record of building and shipping products with a high business impact.
• Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and demonstrate a high degree of influence across several teams/functions.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. Highly customer obsessed thinking with deep understanding of customer needs and aspirations.
• Hands on experience of working with Tools such as Google Analytics, Jira, Postman.
• Good with data analytics applications.
• Owning the task and deadlines.
