The Workday Qualified Services Automation (PSA) IT Products Team is responsible for the ongoing optimization, support, and evolution of systems that enable project delivery, revenue recognition, and contract-to-cash workflows across the firm.




The Workday Functional PSA Associate supports the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and testing of the Workday PSA platform. The role emphasizes execution of defined PSA tasks, test support, and operational stability, with opportunities to expand scope over time based on demonstrated capability.
This role is well-suited for an early-career Workday professional looking to deepen PSA expertise in a stable, product optimization-focused environment rather than a client implementation model.
