Lead Performance Marketer (US B2B)
About the Role
CUBE84 is looking for a Lead Performance Marketer to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts for the US market.
This is not a campaign execution role. This is an ownership role.
You will be responsible for driving high-quality pipeline through Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, translating business objectives into performance marketing strategy, and continuously optimizing campaigns to improve outcomes. You will have the autonomy to make decisions, challenge assumptions, and drive measurable business impact.

Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, with at least 3 years managing B2B lead generation and demand generation campaigns.
- Proven hands-on expertise with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Minimum 1 year of experience running B2B LinkedIn campaigns targeting US audiences.
- Strong understanding of US B2B buying cycles, CPL benchmarks, lead quality,



and demand generation best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and communicate with strategic intent.
- Experience managing campaign budgets and optimizing spend against performance goals.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills, including dashboard creation and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and reporting platforms.
