Manager, Product, Digital Business

Location: Bengaluru| Function: SonyLIV | Reports to: Head - Consumer Experience

Purpose – The Product Manager will be part of the Consumer Experience vertical for our cutting-edge streaming platform. In this role, you will drive the product strategy and execution for group of products, ensuring seamless and engaging customer interactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging user insights, data, and cutting-edge ideas to create a best-in-class streaming experience that delights users and meets business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and articulate the vision for the B2C streaming app experience, aligning with the company’s overall goals.
- Develop a product roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and business priorities across platforms and devices such as Connected TV, Web, Android and iOS.
- User-Centred Design & Experience
- Champion the voice of the customer by deeply understanding user behaviors, pain points, and preferences through research and analytics.




- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, delightful, and accessible experiences.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of product initiatives.
- Foster collaboration across teams to integrate features that drive engagement and retention.
- Product Execution & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle across content discovery and recommendations, search, personalization: ideation, requirements definition, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Define and monitor success metrics (e.g., engagement, retention, conversion rates) and iterate based on insights.
- Innovation & Market Trends
- Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes in the streaming and digital entertainment space.
- Identify opportunities for innovation to differentiate the app and grow
