What would you do? A Rebate Manager is responsible for end to end ownership of rebate operations, ensuring accurate calculation, accrual, validation, and payment of customer and partner rebates while driving governance,



scalability, and process excellence.
The role provides strategic oversight across rebate programs, leads teams of analysts, and partners with Sales, Finance, Pricing, and Legal to ensure rebate programs are compliant, financially sound, and aligned with business objectives.

This role typically aligns to CL8 and acts as a people leader and functional SME, driving operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience & Education
• 12-15 years of experience in Rebate Management, Sales Operations, Pricing, or Financial Operations, with team handling experience (enhanced from analyst baseline).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

Typical Tools & Systems
• Advanced use of MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Rebate / pricing platforms and contract repositories.
