Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell a range of banking products and services to clients
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to deliver integrated solutions to clients




- Contribute to the growth and profitability of the CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) portfolio by meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients
- Proficient in the use of relevant banking systems and software applications
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the organization
