Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the branch team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition
- Identify and address customer needs, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and qualified manner
- Manage and develop the branch team, providing coaching, mentoring,



and training to enhance their skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities
