We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Executive .
This role is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues,
and ensuring smooth IT operations within the company. The ideal candidate should have a basic
understanding of IT systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees/customers via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and applications.
- Maintain and manage IT assets, ensuring proper documentation of hardware and software inventory.
- Set up and manage user accounts, emails, and system access as per company policies.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed effectively.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks.




- Collaborate with senior IT professionals to implement current technologies and system upgrades.
- Maintain IT documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting steps.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT support.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Windows, Linux, networking, and troubleshooting IT-related issues.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and assist non-technical users.
- Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory): CompTIA A+, ITIL, CCNA, or equivalent.
Preferred Experience:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles.
- Experience in handling remote desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and software installations.
