- Process individual and group reservations accurately and efficiently using hotel reservation systems and property management software
- Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple communication channels (phone, email, and in-person) with empathy and professionalism
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, travel agents, corporate partners, and internal departments




- Implement effective selling strategies and upselling techniques to optimize occupancy rates and maximize revenue potential
- Generate, review, and distribute rooming lists, confirmations, amendments, and reservation-related documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Monitor, manage, and process reservation modifications, cancellations, and releases in a timely manner
- Analyze reservation data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Stay current with hotel promotions, packages, pricing strategies, and seasonal offerings to provide clients with comprehensive information
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
