We are looking for a results-driven Branch Sales Manager to drive sales, distribution expansion, and overall business growth in the Pune cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth, distribution expansion & market share
- Manage and improve productivity of distributors (WSS/DD)
- Strengthen dealer relationships and ensure high service standards
- Improve distribution width, depth & secondary sales
- Execute schemes, BTL activities, retailer/painter meets & product demos
- Monitor inventory health, pricing, and competitor activities
- Ensure compliance with policies, documentation & processes
- Lead and develop the branch sales team through coaching and reviews
- Drive new product adoption and market activation initiatives

Experience:
- Robust experience in Sales & Distribution (Construction Chemicals / Building Materials preferred)
- Proven track record in team leadership and channel management
- Hands-on experience in dealer/distributor management & BTL execution
