We are hiring a Senior Endpoint Management Engineer to manage a hybrid endpoint environment leveraging both Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune. The role involves supporting a global user base across regions, driving endpoint management, security, and modernization initiatives.

What you will do
- Manage enterprise endpoints using Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune across Windows and macOS.
- Deliver software deployments, OS provisioning (Autopilot), and application lifecycle management.
- Own patching strategy (SCCM ADR + Intune update rings) to drive high compliance.
- Implement security controls (device compliance, BitLocker, Conditional Access, Defender).
- Automate endpoint operations using PowerShell and scripting.




- Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Network, Identity).

What you bring
Experience
- 5-8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
- Strong experience in application packaging, deployments, and OS provisioning.
- Proven expertise in patch management and compliance reporting.
- Solid understanding of Azure AD, Conditional Access, BitLocker, and endpoint security.
- Proficiency in PowerShell (automation, scripting) and basic macOS scripting.
- Robust troubleshooting skills across endpoint, network, and deployment issues.
