- Handle Levi Strauss Europe (LSE), Levi Strauss Americas (LSA), and Levi Strauss Asia Middle East Africa (AMA) new customer implementations and existing customer requirement changes, including requirement gap analysis, extensive testing, and continuous contact with customers and third-party providers.
- Communication and coordination with internal partners - Customer Order Management, Merchandising, Sales,



Customer Master Data, AR/Finance, SAP OTC and RTC, Customer Service Center IT, Transportation Managers, Customer Relations Managers, EDI Technical Team, Planning and Analytics, and Wholesale IT and external levels - EDI Technical, Vendor Relations, Buying Office, and Operations partners to ensure complete understanding of all business requirements.
- Identify root cause of daily transmission errors and drive system and business process changes to eliminate those errors. Approximately 80 - 90 % of units ordered flow through EDI, therefore, continuous monitoring and development are imperative. Resolve regional IDoc errors and EDI-related SAP incidents. Perform manual data pushes, including VMI.
- Manage maintenance and user requests for Catalogs and Wholesale Vendor Sites.
- Conduct POS/Velocity research and resolution.
