Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, and expanding Gunnebo’s footprint in the Entrance Control segment. The role involves acquisition of new customers, management of distributor/partner networks, building long-term client relationships,



understanding customer needs, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and capture current business opportunities across the Western Region.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct market mapping and lead generation to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Leverage a strong understanding of market trends, customer behaviour, and competition in Goa, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.
- Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies to maximize business potential.
- Provide insights to management on regional opportunities and challenges.
- Build and strengthen relationships with consultants, architects, PMCs, system integrators, and other key influencers.
- Engage regularly with new and existing customers to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
