Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

Minimum of 10+ years of formal education.
- 8–10 years of experience in SAP Project Management, covering implementation, migration, and application support (AMS) engagements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in SAP support projects, with the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments,



and ensure timely completion in line with standard practices and organizational guidelines.

- Experience in managing incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL standards, ensuring strict SLA and KPI adherence.
- Proficiency in handling end-to-end AMS support activities, including root cause analysis, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
