Job Description:

Position: Sr. Engineer - Production

Location: Falandi - Silvassa

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Steel

Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality goals
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams for smooth operations
- Analyze production data and prepare reports on performance, KPIs, and improvements
- Lead and mentor production staff and junior engineers
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, etc.)
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials




- Support recent product introduction and process validation activities

Required Skills
- Knowledge of wire drawing process and machines
- Understanding of steel grades and properties
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments (micrometer etc)
- Ability to read technical drawings/specifications
- Problem-solving skills for production issues

Required Qualification: - B.E/.B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 4.80 LPA
