Job Summary :

To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Operations Cluster Head, ensuring timely execution of strategic initiatives, compliance with organizational processes, and effective coordination across regional sites.

Key responsibilities:

1. Financial Perspective




- Gather and review Site KPIs monthly; identify out-of-trend KPIs and communicate corrective actions to relevant sites.
- Ensure KPI review with Regional Head within 20 working days of the current month.
- Monitor Active Capex projects for the Financial Year, ensuring timely initiation and adherence to approved schedules.

2. Customer Perspective
- Facilitate timely approval of Capex, ADN, ATS, MDN, Track-wise PRs, and Aspire ideas within 1 day post Regional Head’s go-ahead.
- Coordinate with sites for R&D; and SGO work plans; ensure Opex and Capex planning within stipulated timelines.
- Track and report Demand vs Commit (85%) and Commit vs Supply (95%) metrics.

3. Process Improvement
- Manage MIS reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) for SGO cluster within defined timelines.
- Maintain compliance tracker for Management Review Meeting action items for cluster sites; ensure timely communication and closure.

4. People Development
- Organize cluster meetings (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly) as per schedule w
