Designation: Sr. Manager/Manager - Interior Design (Lead ID)

Purpose of the role:
Develop and build lasting, maintenance-free, beautiful residential interiors and
spaces using industry best practices. Ensure world class quality, materials and
built within prescribed timelines and budgets. This position will entail leading the
in-house design managers. In addition, this position requires architecture design
development, technical review, and value engineering for all projects to develop
and coordinate interior design / engineering drawings, technical documentation,
and construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage the end-to-end design process – from feasibility
and master planning to construction documentation – ensuring timely
delivery aligned with project schedules.
·Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders including
architects, interior designers, consultants, procurement, and construction
teams to align design and execution seamlessly.
·Review and issue high-quality drawings and documentation,
including GFCs,



technical drawings, and sales/marketing collaterals (e.g.,
renders, walkthroughs, concept decks).
·Conduct technical evaluations and value engineering for materials,
specifications, BOQs, and shop drawings to ensure quality, cost-efficiency,
and innovation.
·Monitor site execution through regular visits to ensure construction
matches design intent; flag delays and drive mitigation strategies;
manage snag resolution post-handover.
·Support procurement by assisting in indents, material selection,
and delivery tracking, ensuring alignment with the construction
schedule and design requirements.
·Mentor and manage design teams, assisting with hiring, training, goal-
setting, and monthly performance reviews to build a high-performance
design culture.
·Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory standards, and recent
materials; actively apply best practices to improve design outcomes and
internal system
