Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Onboard, close, and maintain bank accounts for various corporate and production entities.Own a queue of bank system requests and provide excellent customer service by ensuring user access is functioning as expected.
- Review the controls that ensure access to systems and bank accounts remains in compliance with policy requirements.
- Populate and analyze quarterly controllership covering banking access and signatories across the company
- Design and develop reports and metrics for monitoring access requests and team responsiveness.
- Document processes clearly and consistently and help drive documentation standardization.
