Job Description

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple business systems (e.g., lending, collections, operations, HR).

Create dashboards and visualizations in Power BI / Tableau / Excel to track KPIs and business trends.

Work closely with business, finance, risk, and operations teams to identify data needs and analytical opportunities.

Support forecasting, performance tracking, and portfolio analysis.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

Assist in building data models and automations to improve reporting efficiency.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one BI tool (Power BI / Tableau).

Valuable understanding of data visualization and storytelling.

Basic understanding of financial metrics, loan products, and NBFC operations is preferred.

Detail-oriented with the ability to work with large datasets.
