Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Lead to Cash (L2C) processes within the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will have 8-11 years of experience in analyzing, planning, and building solutions for the L2C cycle, with a solid focus on troubleshooting and resolving related issues. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient solutions to improve business operations, processes, and tools, while ensuring smooth management of the end-to-end L2C cycle in telecom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead to Cash Process Analysis:
- Analyze and document the entire Lead to Cash process (order management, billing, revenue recognition, collections) in the telecom domain. Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Solution Planning and Design:




- Work closely with stakeholders to plan, design, and implement solutions that streamline and optimize the L2C cycle. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure the design aligns with business objectives and technical capabilities.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
- Provide analytical support to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the L2C cycle. Work with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, IT) to identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage with various internal teams (business, IT, operations, etc.) to gather requirements, document processes, and provide recommendations for improvements. Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.
