Accountabilities:

As a Lead Performance Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing performance testing strategies to ensure application stability and scalability. You will work across the complete software development lifecycle, partnering with technical teams to identify risks, resolve performance challenges, and improve system reliability.
- Analyze business scenarios and define non-functional requirements to establish effective performance testing strategies.
- Design performance test plans, execution approaches, test scenarios, and validation frameworks.
- Perform performance testing across user interfaces, APIs, SQL databases, and NoSQL databases.
- Execute load, scalability, stress, endurance, and failover testing to validate system behavior under different conditions.
