Location: Pune/HYD (HYBRID)
Experience: 4-+ years (If its a lil less ensure the resource has focused on DBase)

Essential knowledge and experience required at recruitment
 Excellent knowledge of Dbase 5 Novell, DOS and Linux or other appropriate legacy
technology
 Experience in requirements gathering and solution writing
 Good organisational and communication skills
 Development Lead experience
 Understand the development and project lifecycles
 Ability to work, at times, in a pressurised and rapid moving environment and accurately
record time
 High quality of development work
 Ability to adapt to change with a flexible approach
 Experience of working within the Financial Services Industry an advantage

Additional Knowledge required to become fully competent
 Understanding of and the ability to develop in OPAL house standard practices
 Preferred knowledge of single premium and regular premium products.
 FSA competent.
 Acquire and implement knowledge and awareness of ISO27001
