About the role
As a Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process. You will partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting teammates to source, assess,



and hire top talent across Marketing, Finance, and Operations functions. This role blends hands-on sourcing, recruiting execution, and stakeholder partnership, with opportunities to grow strategic influence over time.
You Will Get To
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for G&A; from intake and calibration through sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and close.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align on hiring strategy, and provide ongoing market and pipeline insights.
- Build and engage diverse talent pipelines across Marketing, Finance, and Operations through proactive sourcing and thoughtful candidate outreach.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by guiding candidates through interviews, communicating clearly and consistently, and supporting offer discussions through acceptance.
