The Dispatch Executive is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the smooth and timely dispatch of goods/products to customers or other business locations. The role involves communication with teams, transporters, and clients to maintain efficient operations while adhering to company standards

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management
- Process and prepare dispatch orders as per schedule.
- Verify order details, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Logistics Coordination
- Arrange transportation and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Optimize routes and schedules for cost-effective and effective operations.
- Documentation and Records
- Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, delivery notes, and transport permits.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Communication
- Liaise with customers, transporters, and internal teams regarding dispatch schedules and updates.
- Handle queries, complaints, or issues related to deliveries.
- Inventory Control




- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure the availability of products for dispatch.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with transportation laws and company policies.
- Adhere to safety standards during the loading and unloading processes.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or related fields (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of local transportation rules and regulations is an advantage.
