Job Summary:
Responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales performance across an assigned customer portfolio within a designated geographical area or business cluster. The role focuses on securing new business, maintaining existing accounts, identifying customer needs, and contributing to overall business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own overall sales responsibility for assigned customer relationships and portfolio performance.
- Manage assigned customers and budget base in alignment with business objectives.




- Identify customer needs and provide suitable business solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with target customers and assigned accounts.
- Communicate market trends, rate changes, and company policies to customers effectively.
- Research territories and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Analyse competitive activities and industry trends to support business growth strategies.
- Ensure CRM/customer relationship management tools are updated accurately and on time.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention within the assigned account base.
- Handle medium-impact customer accounts across any size cluster or geographical area.
