Hiring: Assistant Manager – Technical Facility Management

Location: Bhiwandi, Mumbai
CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day technical operations of large warehouse facilities.
- Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of all MEP systems, including Electrical, HVAC, DG Sets, UPS, Fire Fighting Systems, Plumbing, and STP/WTP.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory, safety, and client requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of technical systems and infrastructure.
- Lead and supervise technical staff, including engineers, technicians, and service providers.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance activities and AMC management.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, logs, and MIS.
- Ensure timely closure of client complaints and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Support budgeting,



cost control, and inventory management for technical operations.
- Implement EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards across the facility.
- Participate in client meetings and provide operational updates and performance reports.

Candidate Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in Technical Facility Management, preferably in large warehouses, logistics parks, industrial facilities, or commercial properties.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, Fire & Safety, Electrical systems, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in managing large technical teams and vendor coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office and facility management reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
