About the Role

We are looking for our first Market Development Strategist to help us build relationships with companies across the US and UK.

This is not a high-volume sales role where success depends on sending as many messages as possible. We care about thoughtful outreach, genuine conversations, and creating opportunities through trust.

You will work directly with the founder to help build our outbound engine from the ground up. If you are curious, confident speaking to recent people, and interested in understanding what makes people respond, you will likely do well here.

We care more about your attitude, communication skills, and ownership than the number of years on your resume.

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with potential clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, and strategic outbound outreach.
- Write personalized emails and LinkedIn messages that feel natural and human.




- Research companies and decision-makers before reaching out.
- Turn cold conversations into meaningful business opportunities.
- Follow up consistently and manage your outreach pipeline using CRM tools.
- Use AI tools to improve research, writing, productivity, and outreach quality.
- Test new outreach strategies and continuously improve what works.
- Work closely with the founder on growth initiatives and business development.
