As a CPQ Developer Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving the development and continuous improvement of Tacton CPQ product models while leading a team of skilled local developers. This position combines both technical expertise and team coordination, offering the opportunity to shape configuration solutions that enhance sales efficiency and customer experience.
You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of CPQ model development — from planning and prioritization to testing, deployment, and user support — ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Acting as a bridge between the technical team, product owners, and other stakeholders, you’ll guide your team in adopting best practices, Agile methodologies, and consistent configuration standards.

What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Team Lead: Lead and support a team of Local CPQ Developers to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
- Product Model Development Oversight: Oversee the creation, modification, and maintenance of product models within the product configurator (Tacton CPQ).
- Planning & Prioritization: Plan and prioritize development tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Testing & Deployment: Participate in and guide the testing, debugging, and deployment of product models to production environments.
