The ideal candidate possesses in-depth Salesforce technical knowledge and should drive remediation of technical debt and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions as an individual contributor. Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through hands-on development and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Platform Ownership & Administration:
Own and support the organization’s Salesforce workplace, including configuration of custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, sharing rules, and permission sets to ensure a scalable and reliable platform.
- Data, Security & Analytics Governance:
Architect robust data models, governance frameworks, and access controls, including user roles, profiles, and permission strategies. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and auditability while enabling scalable reporting and analytics capabilities across the organization.
- Platform Optimization & Automation Strategy:
Define automation strategy leveraging Salesforce Flows and other platform cap
