Accountabilities:

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM specialist will be responsible for designing,



developing, implementing, and supporting CRM solutions while ensuring systems align with business objectives and user needs.
- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions to support business goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, integrations, and custom code to extend CRM functionality.
- Perform system integration activities, including data migration and connectivity with third-party applications.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and quality validation to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
