Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
Scope of Position
As an SEO & AI Search Specialist at CheckMinistry, you will be responsible for driving organic growth and improving our visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.
In addition to core SEO skills (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO), you should have an understanding of emerging search concepts such as AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization),



AI Search Optimization, entity-based SEO, and topical authority building.
We are looking for a proactive and curious individual who enjoys learning, testing new strategies, and staying ahead of the rapidly evolving search landscape. You should be comfortable taking ownership of initiatives from planning through execution and reporting.
Essential Job Duties
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and online visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, metadata, and on-page SEO elements.
- Create, publish, and optimize SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and website content.
- Perform technical SEO audits and work with the team to resolve indexing, crawlability, and site performance issues.
- Plan and execute off-page SEO initiatives, including link building and digital PR activities.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytic
