This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of eight days per month in the office. During the probation period, you will be expected to work in the office at least four days per week. About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Senior Workday Specialist, Recruiting & Talent to take functional ownership of our Workday Recruiting and Talent modules across our country offices in Africa, Brazil, China, Colombia, Europe, India, Indonesia, Mexico, US.



Sitting inside the global HR team and reporting to the Global Director, Compensation, Advantages, and Analytics, you will be the single point of expertise for these modules. You will partnering with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and regional HRBPs to translate business needs into smart, scalable Workday solutions.
Following our Workday journey to date, this role plays a critical enabling function, driving optimization, adoption, and continuous improvement of Recruiting and Talent processes across all country offices. You will work closely with the Workday Lead, Global IT, and HR teams across country offices to ensure the system is effectively supporting our people processes and hiring priorities.
