Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technology-savvy Technology Support Apprentice to support the implementation, training, and ongoing operational support of business technology solutions. The apprentice will work closely with business users, technology teams, and vendors to ensure successful deployment, adoption,



and support of digital tools and applications across the organization.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or students looking to build a career in IT support, business applications, digital transformation, or technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Implementation Support

Assist in the deployment and rollout of new technology solutions and applications.

Support configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.

Coordinate with business teams to collect requirements and document processes.

Track implementation activities and maintain project documentation.

User Training & Adoption

Conduct end-user training sessions for recent applications and systems.

Create user guides, training materials, FAQs, and quick-reference documents.

Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

Gather user feedback and suggest improvements for training effectiveness.
