Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proposal Preparation:
Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for offshore geotechnical
engineering projects.
Review client requirements, tender documents, and specifications to develop tailored
solutions.
Ensure all proposals are accurate, competitive, and submitted within deadlines.
2. Contract Management:
Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify risks and ensure compliance with
company policies.
Assist in negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Monitor contract execution to ensure adherence to agreed terms.
3. Client Interaction:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the proposal and contract stages.
Address client queries and provide clarifications promptly.
4. Market Focus:
Specialize in projects across the Middle East, including KSA, UAE, and other regions.
Stay updated on regional market trends, regulations, and client expectations.
5. Coordination and Reporting:
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, and operations)
to gather
necessary inputs for proposals.
Prepare periodic reports on proposal and contract activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in proposals and contracts, preferably in offshore geotechnical
engineering.
Technical Knowledge:
Robust understanding of offshore geotechnical engineering principles.
Familiarity with industry standards and practices in the Middle East.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Software Proficiency: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with engineering or
proposal management software is a plus.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
