Overview:
The Full Stack Developer Lead plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for leading the development team in creating and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. This role is essential in driving the success of our projects, ensuring high-quality code and seamless user experiences. Work from office 5 days a week, Noon Shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing full-stack solutions using GraphQL, ReactJS, Redux, Java, and NodeJS.
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and high-performing applications with a focus on front-end and back-end technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the full software development lifecycle.
- Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and enforce best practices within the development team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to ensure the team is using the latest tools and practices.




- Identify and address technical debt and performance issues in existing systems.
- Participate in architectural and design discussions, and make technology recommendations.
- Lead the effort in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and conduct regular quality assurance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, creative solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Effectively communicate project status, issues, and risks to the leadership team.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in GraphQL, ReactJS
