Accountabilities:





The AIOps Engineer will support the development and execution of enterprise observability and event management strategies. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency through monitoring optimization, AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and collaboration across technology teams.
- Assist in defining and implementing a comprehensive monitoring strategy covering metrics, logs, traces, alerts, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
- Design and integrate up-to-date observability and predictive analytics platforms to support AIOps initiatives.
- Apply AI and machine learning techniques to improve incident detection, forecasting, diagnosis, and automated resolution processes.
- Support event management improvements by leveraging automation and intelligent monitoring capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, production support teams, and end users to align monitoring objectives and requirements.
