Position Summary

The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Program Analyst plays a critical role in advancing this mission by driving operational rigor, process governance, and cross-functional coordination across the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning / Execution (SIOP/SIOE) processes.





This role is designed for a highly organized and analytical qualified who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and enjoys connecting business processes, planning data, and cross-functional teams to drive aligned decision-making and execution excellence. You will partner across Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Product Management, and Technology teams to ensure SIOP/SIOE processes are executed consistently, decisions are documented clearly, and risks are proactively identified and managed.

As a key enabler of operational excellence, you will help strengthen process discipline, improve visibility to business performance, support planning analytics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives through Thermo Fisher’s Practical Process Improvement (PPI) business system while exemplifying our 4i Values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.
