The firm is seeking a Partner to lead and expand its IBC transactional practice. The role involves advising financial institutions, stressed asset investors, resolution professionals, and corporates on complex insolvency matters, with a strong focus on resolution planning, acquisition of distressed assets, and end-to-end transaction execution under the IBC framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-value IBC transactions, including resolution plans, distressed M&A;, and asset acquisitions through insolvency processes.
- Advise lenders, ARC funds, PE investors, bidders, and resolution professionals on strategic and commercial aspects of insolvency matters.
- Drive negotiations with stakeholders, committees of creditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee drafting and structuring of resolution plans, bid documents, transaction agreements, and ancillary documentation.
- Manage litigation strategy in coordination with disputes teams before NCLT,



NCLAT, and appellate forums where required.
- Build and mentor a strong team, while contributing to business development and client relationships.

Senior professionals at the Counsel or Principal Associate (PA) level with substantial IBC transactional experience and the ability to independently handle matters are also encouraged to apply.
