Accountabilities:





The Lead Software Engineer will drive the design, development, and continuous improvement of scalable software applications while supporting engineering excellence. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, building, and maintaining RESTful web services and modern single-page applications.
- Developing scalable microservices and cloud-based solutions using AWS technologies to support business-critical workflows.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following test-driven development (TDD) practices.
- Participating in architecture discussions, code reviews, and design reviews while providing constructive technical feedback.
- Collaborating with product managers, QA engineers, and software developers within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Improving coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, automation practices, and overall development processes.
