Overview:

The Senior Software Developer - Java plays a crucial role in our organization, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions. This position is essential for ensuring the seamless integration of systems, optimizing application performance, and driving innovation through advanced technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Java and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews, analyze and resolve technical issues, and ensure code quality and best practices.
- Deploy and maintain applications in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Contribute to architectural and design discussions, providing technical guidance and expertise.
- Optimize application performance, identify potential bottlenecks,



and propose solutions for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and leverage new developments to enhance software functionality.
- Collaborate with QA and support teams to address customer needs and provide technical support as required.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, (B.E. / B.Tech)or (PG in IT /CS or equivalent)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java-based technologies.
- Shall have Java SE certification or Spring skilled certifications
- Must have experience of working in 6 major e- Government projects
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
- Proven expertise in Java programming, Spring framework, and Hibernate ORM.
