We are a UK fintech creating successful neobanks in emerging markets in partnerships with local traditional banks. The mission is to make banking services accessible, straightforward and fun to use worldwide and the goal is to launch neobanks in 50+ markets, serving 100m+ customers.

Since our foundation in 2020, we’ve so far launched neobanks in Azerbaijan (2021), Vietnam (2023), Kyrgyzstan (2024), India (2025), Uzbekistan (2025) and Morocco (2026), with 3m+ customers collectively and have more markets on the near horizon

Your Role
You will own and drive the card-payments agenda for our India neobank, building strong partnerships across the ecosystem (schemes, processor, ACS, manufacturers) and leading critical initiatives from certification to product rollout.



You’ll act as the go-to expert for scheme rules, market requirements and approval-rate performance, working closely with product, tech, risk, compliance and operations to launch and scale card and digital payment capabilities.

What You Will Be Doing
- Build and maintain senior relationships with key Indian card ecosystem stakeholders (NPCI/RuPay, Visa, processors, ACS providers, card manufacturers)
- Lead scheme-driven strategic projects end-to-end, including certifications and implementations for card and digital payment solutions
- Drive the introduction and rollout of new card functionalities and scheme programs from concept through production
- Own approval-rate performance: monitor authorization trends, identify decline drivers, and lead initiatives to reduce declines and improve customer experience
