Designation:

Procurement Operations Specialist

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct procurement activities in compliance with company policies.
- Generate Purchase orders.
- Manage Pending Purchase Orders and follow up with stakeholders.
- Work with Accounts payable for invoicing and payment.
- Provide white glove services for stakeholders to navigate the purchasing process on behalf of business teams.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
- Resolve any procurement discrepancies or issues promptly.




- Identify and assess new suppliers and products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in procurement practices.
- Support training and development of junior procurement staff.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience.
- Proven ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with procurement software and tools.

Tools and Software:
- Oracle EBS, Outlook, Excel / Sheets, Google drive
- Certification in Procurement and Supply Management is a plus.
- Knowledge of legal regulations in procurement processes.
- Ability to develop strategy and execute it effectively.
