What You Will Do:
- Responsible for managing and controlling the CAPEX budget.
- Monitor expenditures vs. approved CAPEX and manage variance.
- Handle procurement, bidding, and supplier negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies by helping team in creating installation certificates, capitalization and accruals management.
- Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, provides transparent project status updates, and manages competing priorities and change requests to ensure alignment and project continuity.
- Monitor, mitigate, and communicate risks across cost, schedule, technical design, quality, safety, compliance, supply chain, and operational readiness to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure Feasibility Studies & ROI/Payback analysis are done in advance for all CAPEX investments.
- Drive continuous improvement in CAPEX projects by reviewing lessons learned and implementing
