Job Description - Curated Experience (Executive)
Role Summary
The Curated Experience Executive shall work closely in co-ordination with the Curated Experience Sr. Executive ensuring visibility and presence on a day-to-day requirement & ensure organization associates and visitors are welcomed, valued, and taken care of at every stage while they are in the office.

Guest Experience
The Executive is the first face a colleague sees and the last impression a guest carries with them.
This means expressing warmth and professionalism at reception or entry, greeting people with care, and creating an atmosphere where every individual feels that their presence matters. Beyond the greeting, the Executive takes ownership of the physical readiness of the workplace by conducting regular and thorough checks of meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, pantries, and common areas to ensure everything is clean, stocked, and ready for use before it is needed. Responding to ad-hoc colleague requests is done promptly and with a helpful spirit, and feedback collected during daily interactions is documented accurately and shared with the Sr. Executive to drive meaningful resolutions.
Operational Support
The Executive plays an active role in keeping daily operations flowing smoothly. Service requests are logged, tracked, and followed through to full resolution, with timely status updates provided to colleagues along the
