We are seeking a smart, confident, and proactive Business Development Executive to support our sales and client‑coordination activities. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are enthusiastic about building a career in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction & Coordination
- Handle initial client conversations, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships.

Business Development Support
- Support the sales team in lead generation, cold outreach, and lead nurturing.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documents.

Internal Team Collaboration




- Coordinate with internal teams such as design, sales, and execution to ensure smooth project flow.
- Maintain and update client databases, follow-up trackers, and CRM records.

Operational Support
- Support in site visits, client meetings, and presentations when needed.
- Assist in documentation, reporting, and daily operational tasks.

Must Have
- Fresher or 0–1 year of experience
- Educational or work background in Architecture / Interior / Real Estate / Construction (preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Confident, presentable, and people-oriented
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable with client interaction, coordination, and follow-ups
- Basic understanding of sales processes is an added advantage
