Here is the Job Description:
- Executes marketing plans according to brief from BMs across Brands and Channels
- Is briefed by local BMs on marketing plans objectives, recommended touch points and A&P.; In charge of media plan creation, execution and KPI follow up.
- Supports sufficiency and accuracy of A&P; allocation. Drives constructive dialogue with BM if A&P; allocated is not sufficient based on Fewer, Bigger, Better approach
- BTB, BTC and BTBTC marketing and media expert across Health and Medical channels
- Provides channels and customers insights to local BMs
- Partners with sales for synchronization of sales and marketing activities and execution at customers POS
- Drives, together with sales, a full digital funnel approach and improves sales & marketing productivity, fully leveraging DME and CRM for scalable digital activities.
- Drives customer education in line with global guidance and leveraging globally produced material (where applicable)
- Drives marketing operation and sales support (where applicable e.g. sampling, POS production, website translation)
- Manages and secures personal development of team members (where applicable)
