The Data Product Delivery Lead orchestrates the design and implementation of complex data engineering solutions, setting technical standards, and mentoring team members. Serving as the critical operational bridge between external technical consultants, this role translates strategic product roadmaps and architectural designs into tactical execution and requires deep expertise in distributed data systems, cloud data platforms, and advanced ETL/ELT patterns, enabling you to drive day-to-day agile delivery, troubleshoot intricate performance issues, and ensure the resilience, quality,
and security of critical data infrastructure. You will drive technical excellence, oversee vendor delivery, and heavily influence the team's architectural decisions.

- Operational Bridge & Delivery Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between external technical partners and internal Solution Architects and Product Owners, translating strategic product roadmaps and architectural designs into tactical execution plans.
- Agile Team Leadership: Lead day-to-day delivery operations for the development squads, (including Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and backlog refinement to maintain high velocity, team predictability) and alignment with definition of done and business goals.
